The service has a problem and is unavailable, we are working to restore service
The service has a minor problem and has reduced capacity, we are working to restore full service

Engineers have identified the issue and EZVIZ services have been restored. Maintenance will continue on the services to ensure this does not reoccur.
We are experiencing issues with EZVIZ device functionality into the platform. This is affecting all live streaming and alarms. Webeye engineers are investigating the root cause as a matter of urgency.

At 11AM BST, the webeyeCMS portal is currently undergoing an upgrade to v4.3.4. No disruption to service is expected.
All webeyeCONNECT services have been updated and signal queue has caught up.
The signals queue is now beginning to clear and services now restoring to full capacity.
webeyeCONNECT services are now restoring and signals are beginning to send. Previous signals from the service to central stations will be lost however the signal and alarm data will still be within the webeyeCMS platform.
The webeyeCONNECT update is still in progress. Signals to central stations are still stopped at the moment however all signal and alarm data is available within the webeyeCMS platform.
We are currently upgrading the webeyeCONNECT module to v1.1.7. Signals may be delayed to monitoring stations utilising webeyeCONNECT for a short period. No signal or alarm information will be lost.
